These Terms of Service govern your use of garageforcewestmichigan.com, operated by Flores Business LLC d/b/a Garage Force West Michigan (“Garage Force West Michigan,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website you agree to these terms.

Use of the Website

This website provides information about our CycloSpartic™ floor coating services and lets you request a free estimate. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes.

Estimate Requests

Submitting an estimate request does not create a binding contract or guarantee pricing. All pricing is confirmed after an on-site evaluation.

SMS Messaging Program — Garage Force West Michigan Customer Texts

1. When you check the optional SMS consent box on one of our quote forms, Garage Force West Michigan will send you text messages about your quote request, estimate appointment scheduling and reminders, installation scheduling, project updates, and customer service replies. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the number that messaged you. After you send “STOP,” we will send you one SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially by checking the SMS box on our quote form, or reply “START,” and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to aflores@garageforce.com or (855) 514-2724.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
6. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in.

Limitation of Liability

Garage Force West Michigan is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

You must be at least 18 years of age to submit a request through this website or opt in to text messages.
