Garage Force West Michigan sends transactional text messages to customers and leads, including: appointment confirmations and reminders for in-home estimates, scheduling updates for installations, follow-up on submitted quotes, customer service responses, and post-install care instructions.

2. How to Opt In

You can opt in by:

• Submitting the quote-request form at garageforcewestmichigan.com;
• Starting a chat through the website chat widget;
• Verbally agreeing during an inbound or outbound phone call;
• Texting START or YES to our business number.

3. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message to opt out. You will receive a one-time confirmation, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in by texting START.

5. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us (for example, around your estimate appointment or installation date).

6. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. Garage Force West Michigan does not charge you for messages.

All major US carriers are supported, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, US Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
